Who runs Clairmark and how the service works.

The people behind Clairmark

Clairmark is a specialist service brand of Studio FLACH, operated by Lucas Antonio Flach and Stephanie Alves Flach, self-employed independent professionals based in Portugal. Clairmark and Studio FLACH are trade names, not separate companies or legal entities.

For professional identification and address details, see Studio FLACH’s legal information. Contact: hello@studioflach.com.

The service and its limits

Clairmark provides SEO, website-content, and AI-search visibility support for independent Canadian physiatrists offering medico-legal assessments. It is a service for businesses and adult professionals.

We provide marketing and website support. We do not provide clinical care, medical assessments, medical opinions, legal advice, or accreditation. The physician remains responsible for verifying and approving professional credentials, clinical descriptions, geographical scope, and medical statements before publication.

Search engines and AI systems independently determine indexing, rankings, citations, and inclusion. Enquiries, referrals, revenue, and case outcomes are not guaranteed.

Enquiries and agreements

Sending an enquiry asks us to assess your needs and respond. It does not reserve a service, create a contract, take payment, or subscribe you to marketing.

Before work begins, a written proposal and service agreement specify the providers, scope, fees, taxes, start date, dependencies, approvals, payment schedule, cancellation, ownership, and other engagement terms. Those accepted documents govern the work.

One plan, defined work

The advertised price is CAD $1,450 per month plus applicable taxes, with no setup fee. The opening programme is three months, a minimum service fee of CAD $4,350 before tax. It is billed monthly. Afterwards the service continues monthly; cancel by email before the next renewal to end after the paid period.

The monthly allowance is two new or substantially improved pages of up to 750 words each, one consolidated revision per page, up to two technical implementation hours, up to two eligible public-profile updates, sampled AI visibility checks, a report, and a 30-minute call. The programme covers one physician, one existing editable English-language website, and an agreed service scope. Unused monthly work does not roll over.

Rebuilds, advertising, custom software, translation, paid listing fees, extra revisions, and medical or legal advice are outside the plan. Additional work requires an agreed quote. Approval and access delays can affect publication dates.

There is no checkout on this site and no payment-card information is collected here. Tax treatment, invoice details, exact renewal dates, and payment arrangements are confirmed in the written agreement. We do not assume a particular Canadian or Portuguese tax treatment for every client.

Examples and website materials

The page previews and sample work plan show possible deliverables. They are illustrative, not client results or testimonials. A sample document is not a completed audit of a real practice.

Original website design, copy, and visual materials are owned by or licensed to the Studio FLACH providers. Third-party names and materials remain their owners’ property. Sharing a link is welcome; other reuse requires permission unless allowed by law.

Website use and privacy

We aim to keep this site accurate and useful, but information can change and availability is not guaranteed. Links to independent sites are provided for reference, not as an endorsement.

The Clairmark privacy notice explains enquiries, providers, retention, and your rights. Optional Analytics requires your permission and can be changed through the footer.
