Your enquiry helps us assess the fit and reply. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics starts only with your permission.
Who is responsible
Clairmark is a Studio FLACH service brand, not a separate company. Lucas Antonio Flach and Stephanie Alves Flach are the joint controllers, established in Portugal. Contact either through hello@studioflach.com. Their professional identification and contact details are published in Studio FLACH’s legal information.
What this site collects
The enquiry form collects your name, work email, practice website, and optional description of your focus. These details let us assess and answer your request. This service is intended for adult professionals and businesses.
Please do not send patient information, health records, case files, legal instructions, passwords, or other sensitive information. Our work concerns your public professional presence.
Website and email providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, security logs, timestamps, and delivery status. Client work may add proposals, agreements, correspondence, and billing records.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you request before an agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
- To provide agreed work and administer the relationship: performance of our agreement.
- To maintain security, appropriate records, and legal claims: legitimate interests balanced against your rights.
- For optional Google Analytics: your consent.
- To meet accounting and other legal duties: applicable legal obligations.
We review service fit ourselves. The enquiry does not produce an automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who processes the information
Vercel hosts the site and enquiry endpoint. Plunk processes form information to send the enquiry to Studio FLACH and a generic acknowledgement to the email you provide. It processes recipients, message content, and delivery status. Namecheap Private Email supports our mailbox and personal replies. An enquiry is not a marketing subscription.
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you accept analytics. It receives page views and successful-enquiry events, cookie identifiers, and technical information such as device, browser, and approximate location. We do not send form answers, names, work emails, patient information, or enquiry messages to Analytics. Page URLs exclude query strings and fragments. We do not use these events for advertising or remarketing.
We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers or authorities where appropriate. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Your analytics choice
Until you choose Accept analytics, the Google Analytics script does not load and no analytics requests are sent to Google. Refusing does not affect the site or enquiry form.
Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not delete information Google has already received.
Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, are configured to expire after up to six months. If the choice cannot be stored, analytics remains off. Fonts and site graphics are served by this website.
Retention and international processing
Professional enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless deleted sooner or another lawful period applies. Client, contractual, and accounting records follow the needs of the relationship and applicable legal requirements; the general Studio FLACH policy explains those periods.
Google Analytics user and event retention is set to two months; standard aggregate reports may last longer. Provider security and delivery logs follow their operational retention policies.
Our providers may process information outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Where a restricted transfer occurs, an applicable safeguard is needed, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses. Provider privacy and processing terms explain their arrangements. Contact us for information relevant to your data.
Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email hello@studioflach.com; we may need to verify your identity and normally respond within one month.
You may complain to Portugal’s CNPD or another competent authority. We take reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure. This notice is updated when the site’s practices change.
This notice concerns Clairmark. Other Studio FLACH services have their own privacy policy.
